Shipping and Returns
We are shipping worldwide with a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
1.1. All orders are processed within 10-15 business days (there may be delays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

1.2. All products are made in Ukraine and are shipped worldwide from there via express shipping.
1.3. We offer free shipping in Ukraine via Nova Poshta.
1.4. You can pick up the order at our Showroom in Kyiv, Ukraine on Kostyantynivska street 73. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2-3 business days about which we will send you an email with instructions. Our in-store pickup hours are 12 pm - 7 pm on Tuesday, 12 pm - 6 pm on Saturday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
1.5. We offer free express shipping for all International orders above 1000.00 Euro. Shipping for International orders below 1000.00 Euro is a flat fee from 25.00 Euro. Your shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
1.6. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Litkovska is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
1.7. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
1.8. If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
2.1. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. This means that item has no damage and traces of use, including all original labels, tags and in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
2.2. Contact us at email@example.com to start a return within 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned Product. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package.
2.3. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
2.4. You are responsible for shipping us your returns using a carrier of your choice. Once we receive your return and verify the quality, we will process your refund to the payment method used on the original order. Please note that we cannot be responsible for any change in currency rates.
2.5. We reserve the right not to accept returned goods if they were sent to our warehouse after the 14-day period, or if the condition of the goods differs from that in which you received them.
2.6. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards and returns on sale items after 14 days from the date of receipt of the Product.
2.7. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
2.7. Please note, when paying by a bank card, the refund period depends on the policy of the bank that issued the card.
