We are shipping worldwide with a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

1. SHIPPING

1.1. Orders are processed within 3-7 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. Please note that delays may occur due to external factors such as customs clearance, weather conditions, or logistic issues. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

1.2. All products are made in Ukraine and shipped worldwide via DHL or Nova Global.

1.3. We offer free shipping in Ukraine via Nova Poshta.

1.4. You can pick up your order at our Showroom in Kyiv, Ukraine (Luteranska St. 21). Orders will be ready for pickup within 2-3 business days, and you will receive an email with instructions. Please bring your order confirmation when picking up.

1.5. We offer free express shipping for all international orders above 1000.00 EUR. Shipping for orders below this amount is a flat fee starting at 45.00 EUR, calculated at checkout.

1.6. Import duties and taxes (including VAT) may apply upon arrival in your country. LITKOVSKA is not responsible for these charges, and they must be covered by the customer.

1.7. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

1.8. If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving the shipping confirmation, please contact customer@litkovska.com with your name and order number.

1.9. LITKOVSKA is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage occurring after the order has been handed over to the carrier. In such cases, please contact the shipping provider directly.

1.10. If an incorrect shipping address is provided or the package is refused, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees.

2. RETURNS

2.1. We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2.2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all labels and tags attached. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

2.3. To start a return, contact us at customer@litkovska.com within 14 days of receiving the product.

2.4. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, LITKOVSKA will cover the cost of return shipping. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

2.5. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, customs fees, and any changes in exchange rates.

2.6. We reserve the right not to accept returns if they arrive after the 14-day period or in a different condition than originally received.

2.7. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

2.8. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after receiving and inspecting the return.

2.9. Gift cards and sale items are non-returnable after 14 days.
